Hi! I’m Hannah, and I am passionate about anything food or drink related. My interest in food started from a scientific perspective, I have always been fascinated by the connection between the food we eat and metabolic disease, leading me to get a master’s degree in Nutritional and Metabolic Biology. My love for nutrition evolved into a broader interest in sustainability, food justice, and the culture related to food and drinks. I love that wine is a combination of my interests, with elements of science, agriculture, art, and cuisine. You can usually find me exploring New York City bars and restaurants, cooking, drawing, or playing/watching sports. I love learning about wine and exploring different grapes and regions, and I hold a WSET Level 2 certification.
