Hello! I’m Harry Ballmann (@theharryballmann on Instagram!) and I work for a well established restaurant in central London as a sommelier, lucky enough coming across the fine wines of the world. I’ve always been interested in journalism, nearly pursuing it as a career after university. However, I’ve followed my passion in wine as there is always more to learn and something new to discover. Now, I feel that I should combine my two interests and write about new wine discoveries, trends and everything in between. My personal wine interests include aged chardonnays, aged rieslings and archaic Bordeaux – but anything I haven’t tasted before is always well received!
