I’m a New Yorker who’s passionate about all things food-related, but wine and cheese will always be my favorite combination. Oh, and I’m French! For as long as I can remember, I’ve been handed a cheese board before dessert and seen my parents drink wine with their meal. Having worked in the cheese industry, I’ve grown fond of the art and science behind cheese making—and through that experience, I realized how a great wine pairing could heighten the tasting experience. Wine on its own is a delight, but when balanced with the right food, that’s where the magic happens.
