Having drunk a fair amount of wine over the years, I’ve finally taken the decision to actually learn about what I’m drinking.
I’m at the very beginning of my journey properly discovering wine. So the most logical thing to do was to start managing my own small (very small) vineyard! I figured if I was going to learn I’d learn, quite literally, from the ground up.
Hopefully you’ll join my journey and can share your wisdom with me. I’ll do my best to share the foundations of making and drinking wine… with lots of space to learn!
