A foodie, writer, and sommelier-in- training, Pascale has a lifelong interest in food and drink, which was passed down from her father, a chef and member of the gastronomic society the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. Currently studying for her WSET Level 3, Pascale’s particular passion is discovering unique and characterful wines — whether from well-established houses or small, independent producers. When she’s not sourcing new wines, Pascale enjoys cycling, Pilates, and perfecting her skill at making Old Fashioneds. Originally from Vancouver, Canada, she is currently based in London, England.
