“Our Sauvignon Blanc is all about showcasing fresh fruit flavors and maintaining the bright acidity.”– Luis Gomez, Head Winemaker at Intipalka
We harvest our Sauvignon Blanc the second week of January and it’s the first wine to go into bottle each year. By harvesting early, we’re able to preserve the fresh fruit flavors and lovely acidity in this wine.
