Château Haut-Blanville Languedoc Rouge 2021 Review
The family’s words on the label say this wine was created “to celebrate life’s small and big moments!” Indeed, this is a wine worthy of the everyday table, but also of milestones. The vineyards for this cuvée are situated at 830 feet above sea level and 9 miles from the sea, and range in age from 30-40 years. Add in a mix of stainless steel and judicious use of oak for certain portions of the wine, and you have yourself a wine that is juicy, fruity, and deliciously drinkable, with elegant tannins and freshness to die for.
