Calmel & Joseph Entre Amis 2020 Review
This bottling comes from a small, geographical area that has been identified as having very specific characteristics that make the terroir here prized over others. Fewer than 5,000 bottles produced, this wine has received quite a few awards and recognition, and with good reason. Fermented in concrete tanks with a small portion aged in barrel, it is big and bold up front, dripping with notes of dark and cooked fruit, spice, and pepper, but softens beautifully on the finish into something elegant and contemplative.
