Manincor Sophie 2022 Review
This is the kind of Chardonnay that will delight both Chard diehards and the ABC crowd. Sophie is vibrant and concentrated, with notes of apple, apricot, lime, and marzipan set against a backdrop of racy acidity and wet stone minerality. Fermented in oak barrels & aged on fine lees for 9 months, this is a wine capable of aging, yet certainly drinkable now.
